The parts of the goose you should refrain from eating


Goose liver accumulates heavy metals, cholesterol-laden skin, fat-filled fishing floats ... eating unhealthy.

People with sensitive, allergic conditions such as asthma, rheumatism may develop itching, rash, shortness of breath after eating geese.

Fishing floats are the last part of the body of geese, including ducks, geese and chickens, as well as some birds, that accumulate the most fat in the animal's body. The fat goose wings, which are essentially skin fat, should also be eaten sparingly, especially for people with cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, kidney stones, gallstones, obesity. However, the risk of harm when eating those parts is negligible, except in the case of eating large amounts and eating for many days.

Goose meat should be washed with cold water, then rubbing salt around the body to reduce the fishy odor and then wash again with water.
