Regarding the human resources for operating the hospital, Dr. Tuan said that as soon as the establishment of establishment 2 was approved in 2016, the hospital management board started the recruitment and training process. To date, the hospital has trained 200 new doctors specialized in cancer. More than 150 doctors have been granted a Level I specialty.

The hospital has completed the personnel plan, ready to transfer 200 of the 400 doctors to serve patients at facility 2.

According to the new schedule, in March 2021, the hospital will receive inpatient treatment areas for radiotherapy departments. In September 2021, a comprehensive handover of the remaining areas, including professional and technical areas, administrative and administration areas, and car park, was completed.

Particularly, the helipad will be delivered to the final patient. Therefore, specific regulations, guidelines and tariffs have not been calculated by the hospital. When licensed by the Ministry of Defense, the hospital will make it public to the public.
