What are the benefits of eating lard?

First of all, eating lard has certain benefits in helping the laxative, because lard is smooth, it can help to keep the intestinal moisture, defecation will be relatively smooth. So how much lard should be eaten a day?

Lard and other animal fats are really fragrant when used for cooking, but these are saturated fatty acids, and the fats in plants are unsaturated fatty acids. In a scientific diet, you should choose fat according to your physical condition.

For example, older people, patients with chronic conditions and obese people may choose to eat more vegetable oils and thin people can appropriately increase lard consumption. If you really like eating lard, you shouldn't eat it every day, it's best to use lard twice a week. Recommendations per person should not consume more than 25-30 grams per day.

How to use lard and cooking oil in a healthy way?

- Lard or cooking oil should be purchased at reputable stores. Especially cooking oil should choose a famous brand, because cooking oil is susceptible to aflatoxin poisoning during production due to moldy food. When swallowed aflatoxin easily poisoned, even liver cancer.
